What is the event about?
This is a showjumping event dedicated to showcasing Irish breeders and the horses that they are developing.
Irish Breeders Classic is unique in its combination of location at the well-known Barnadown Show-Jumping grounds near Gorey in Co. Wexford, a prize fund in excess of €75,000, association with Goresbridge Select Foal Sale and the quality of competition for 3-8 year old horses. It’s also got a lovely community atmosphere and is a great weekend out.
When is it on?
Thursday 27th – Sunday the 30th of August 2020 with the finals of the Irish Breeders Classic on Sunday.

Where will it be on?
Barnadown Showjumping, Gorey, Co. Wexford (see Contact section for map location)
Barnadown is just outside of Gorey on the Ballycanew Road. If in doubt about your route, the Eircode is Y25 W8N0.
Who can attend?
If if you love horses and showjumping then this is the event for you and you are very welcome.
If you are an owner, rider, team member, enthusiast or anyone involved in the show-jumping and horse breeding world, you are welcome at Irish Breeders Classic.
Do I need to buy tickets?
Entry to Irish Breeders Classic is free of charge.
I’ve never been to Barnadown before, is there parking available?
Yes absolutely. No charge, unless you want to make a donation to our chosen charity for this year.
